Beijing Special Equipment Inspection & Testing Center (BSEIC) was established in Feb. 1995, which is combined between Beijing Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspection Institute and Beijing Labor Protection Inspection Institute.According to the national law, code & technological standard, it is responsible for the safety inspection of special equipment, including of boiler, pressure vessel, elevator, crane, etc. It is adjustable, third party and public service. It has a lot of specialists and engineers majoring in various scientific subjects, also it is equipped with modern inspection facilities, and it becomes an authoritative inspection agency in China.
Since 1982, BSEIC has performed boiler & pressure vessel inspection, and it was firstly qualified in China by Labor Ministry of P.R.C in 1989(Labor Ministry Qualification Register No.: L89121301); The initial stage of elevator and crane inspection started in 1988, and qualified by Beijing technology supervising Bureau and issued the certificate of measuring authentication of P.R.C(Certification No.(98) LiangRen(Jing)Zhi (Z0312)).
In order to ensure that the inspection task can be carried out scientifically, standardizing, programming and systematizing, and ensure inspection quality, BSEIC established a perfect quality assurance system, i.e., according to <>, compiled <>. The organization agency of quality management implement five management system, i.e., general director is responsible for all, chief engineer performs supervising, quality assurance engineer responsible for quality control, responsible engineer sub ¨Ccontrol, inspector and responsible personnel responsible for enforcement.
BSEIC¡¯s quality policy is stated as follows: Quality is first, implement the Code strictly, perform inspection conscientiously, judge exactly, serving for customer sincerely, to ensure the safety operation of equipment, and promote developing of labor protection.
BSEIC¡¯s quality goal is as follows: To knowledge the change in various Codes in time, monitor continuously the status of the advanced testing & inspection at home and abroad, enhance the inspection level continuously, stand firmly at home, and go to the world.
