There are 125 employees in BSEIC, including 103 professional inspection personnel in which there are 32 senior engineers, 30 engineers, 28 assistant engineers, 4 ASME Inspectors qualified by National Board (U.S.A) , 3 senior and 36 middle level NDT personnel. Now it has a lot of specialists who are specialized in the fields such as chemical machinery, mechanical engineering, welding, boiler, metal material, NDT, chemical corrosion proof, applied mechanics, hoisting equipment, automatic control.

There is 4400m2 office building and 1560m2 training building, 3300m2 inspection and testing area.There are 230 sets of various kinds of inspection and testing instruments, including NEOPHOT-32 large-sized metallo-scope made in Germany, PHILIPS-160 X-ray equipment made in Holland, 250EG-S2X X-ray equipment made in Japan, USL35 Ultrasonic testing equipment made in German, UT-110 ultrasonic thickness meter made in Japan, EQUIP metal hardness metermade in Swiss, IPMD3-30 industry fiber-scope made in Japan, EC-900material tensile testing equipment with computer control, various welding and machine equipment, etc.
